. Picture #5 is my Jasco
THERMIC 50-X
enlarged to 61" wing span. I then further enlarged in order to get the 122" span.
My last picture is of a 1930s
BABY BOWLUS
sailplane touching down. This
THERMIC
model is based on that famous sailplane.
As a
BONUS
I include a copy of Frank Zaic’s famous
article on building and flying towline gliders, as well as several other excellent vintage TLG articles.
This is a very large set of plans (four 86” sheets) and it calls for shipping in a tube. It costs a little more but we will both be glad it wasn’t folded.
