The vintage black & white ad for this very popular RC kit in the 1980s is completely explanatory as to features of Carl's design.
These new copies of the two
PLANS
sheets that were in my kit do not have all of the parts patterns shown. These copies are for those who have lost the
PLANS
from their kit or want to rebuild their model after an accident and need the dimensions. You can see the wing root rib patterns for the constant chord wing are clearly shown on the
PLANS
.
I created and include a full set of the symmetrical airfoil rib
patterns
for the swept-back stabilizer. They are not perfect---this method produces the correct rib lengths but results in a slight taper from the root rib to the tip rib---but they will help you make your own swept-back stabilizer ribs.
As a

I include a copy of my Handy Hints collage of columns from the far distant past to show how to make all the ribs you will need. I also include a nice Bio of legendary designer Carl Goldberg.
