    and Instructions
    You are bidding on a new set of plans for a 1/7 Scale Mitsubishi A5M Claude. It includes the plans and templates/patterns for cutting the parts for this beauty. This model is constructed using balsa and ply with foam wing cores. Although this version shows the retract gear, floats could easily be added for water operation. Other plans are for sale too. I'll be listing them as I pull them out. These plans are in perfect condition. All of my items come from a totally smoke free environment.

    Chinese Nationalist pilots, primarily flying the Curtiss Hawk III, put up a valiant fight against the Japanese, but the A5M was the better of almost every fighter aircraft it encountered. Though armed with only a pair of 7.7 mm machine-guns, the new fighter proved effective and damage-tolerant, with excellent maneuverability and robust construction. Later on A5M's also provided much-needed escorts for the then-modern but vulnerable Mitsubishi G3M bombers.
