    . It includes the Plans and  templates/patterns  for cutting the parts for this great looking and flying classic home built airplane. Building instructions are also included.  Other plans are for sale too. I'll be listing them as I pull them out. This plan is in perfect condition. All of my items come from a totally smoke free environment.

    " was built in Chicago. The plane was named after Eugene the Jeep from the Popeye comics. The plane was powered by a 125hp C4-S Menasco engine, with a wingspan of 16 feet and 8 inches, and a length of 15 feet. Built strictly for racing the original small craft once held a world speed record at 237 mph. The unusual shaped wing was a scant 16'4".
